Your balance can be checked online, by phone at 1-800-755-8608 or visit Guest Services at your favourite Cadillac Fairview shopping centre.
Guard against loss or theft: Each shop! card is equipped with security features that will protect your card and allow us to replace it if it is ever lost, stolen, or damaged.
Corporate Gifts:
The shop! card can be used in over 4000 stores all across Canada, making it the perfect gift and incentive for employees. The more cards you order, the lower the processing fee will be per card and all card processing fees will be waived for purchases over $1000. To report a card lost or stolen:
Visit Guest Services. You will need the card number and the original receipt. We will issue you a new card with the reinstated balance minus the $1.50 processing fee.
Participating Stores
Currently 90% of the stores in Cadillac Fairview shopping centres accept the shop! card, however, retailer participation is voluntary and may vary from mall to mall. Sears is now accepting the shop! card. Famous Players are currently not participating in any of our shopping centres. Please inquire prior to making your purchase to ensure the store accepts shop! cards.
