For any occasion! Available at the Guest Services kiosk in any denomination from $10 to $500. The new shop! card is redeemable in over 4,000 stores in any Cadillac Fairview shopping centre. For more information, click here.
Lost and Found
If you have lost an item or find one during your shopping trip to Fairview, simply talk to one of our Guest Services Representatives, they would be glad to assist you.
Need Strollers?
Fairview provides complimentary double and single strollers for children on a first come first serve basis. Height restrictions apply for safety reasons.
Wheelchair Loans
Wheelchairs are available on loan from the Guest Services kiosk for the convenience of the elderly or handicapped patrons on a first come first serve basis. There is no fee required.
First Aid
From band-aids to ambulances, Guest Services works in partnership with our Security & Life Safety Team to ensure the safety of your visit is a priority. We can provide you with a band-aid for scratches or an ambulance for emergencies.

City/Transit Information
FAIRVIEW is easily accessible by public transit as Don Mills station is directly connected to FAIRVIEW. Subway: Via the Sheppard Line - exit at Don Mills Station - look for signs directing you to Fairview Mall (Sears entrance). Buses: The following bus routes connect to FAIRVIEW via Don Mills Station: 10, 24A, 25, 85, 139, 167, 169, 190, 224, 368 For more information about, routes, schedules, wheeltrans, services and fares click on the TTC link or call the TTC info line (416) 393-INFO (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
Service Ontario Kiosk
This automated machine will assist you with renewing your license plate stickers, changing addresses as well as obtaining your outdoors card. The Service Ontario Kiosk is located on the upper level LCBO entrance.
Lock-Out Service & Car Boosting
If you're ever in a situation where you lock your keys in your car or your car battery needs a boost -just visit our Guest Services kiosk and we will provide this service free of charge.

Mall Walkers Program
Come walk with Fairview!
Walkers are welcome to walk between 8:00am and 9:30am everyday. An alternate to the outdoors, Fairview has climate control year round. Speak to a Guest Services Representative for more information.
